Description

Mixed Berry Yogurt Parfait is a perfect breakfast when you are on-the-go. Make it ahead of time with easy ingredients for a budget-friendly food.


Ingredients

32 oz vanilla yogurt

1 cup strawberries (chopped)

1 cup blackberries

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup walnuts (chopped, optional)


Instructions

1. Prepare your parfait jars by cleaning out old glass jars or mason jars and find the matching lids

2. Spoon the yogurt into each jar until they are about 1/3 full

3. Put a few pieces of the berries into each jar

4. Add a few more scoops of yogurt to the jars

5. Top with more berries and walnuts if you want them

6. Either eat immediately or seal and place in the refrigerator

7. The parfaits can be refrigerated for up to 3-4 days
