If you love the cozy comfort of cinnamon rolls but want something that fits your low-carb lifestyle, these keto cinnamon roll cheesecake bars are going to feel like a little miracle. They have a buttery almond flour crust, a rich and creamy cheesecake filling, and a sweet cinnamon swirl that bakes right into the top—finished with a smooth cream cheese icing that ties everything together beautifully.
These bars hit that perfect balance between indulgent and satisfying. They’re warm and spiced, creamy without being heavy, and sweet without going overboard. Whether you’re baking for a weekend treat, a holiday brunch, or just because cinnamon cravings strike, these cheesecake bars feel special enough to slow down and savor.
Tips for Perfect Results
Low-carb cheesecake desserts are simple, but a few thoughtful steps make all the difference.
- Use softened cream cheese and butter. This ensures a smooth crust, silky filling, and lump-free icing.
- Let the food processor work. Processing the crust ingredients until they form a ball helps everything bind properly.
- Press the crust firmly. A well-packed crust gives clean slices and sturdy bars.
- Blend the filling until smooth. This creates that classic cheesecake texture without graininess.
- Swirl gently. You want ribbons of cinnamon, not fully mixed batter.
- Watch the jiggle. The cheesecake is done when the center moves slightly but isn’t liquid.
- Cool completely before icing. This helps the bars set and keeps the icing from melting.

Variations and Serving Ideas
These keto cheesecake bars are delicious as written, but they’re also easy to customize.
- Extra cinnamon: Add a pinch more cinnamon to the crust for a stronger “roll” flavor.
- Glaze style: Thin the icing slightly and drizzle for a classic cinnamon roll look.
- Nutty twist: Sprinkle chopped pecans or walnuts on top before baking.
- Mini portions: Cut into smaller squares for dessert trays or portion-controlled treats.
- Brunch-ready: Serve with coffee or tea for a cozy, bakery-style moment.
They’re especially tempting slightly chilled, when the cheesecake is extra creamy.
Storage and Make-Ahead Tips
These bars are great for planning ahead.
- Refrigerator: Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- Make ahead: Bake the bars a day in advance and ice them before serving.
- Freezing: Freeze un-iced bars for up to 1 month. Thaw in the fridge, then add icing.
- Serving tip: Let chilled bars sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving for the best texture.
